Your role in a nutshell
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious person, who can help our world-renowned customers thrive with our SaaS solution. As our new Customer Success Manager, you will be in charge of onboarding new customers, supporting existing customers as their first-point of contact, and providing support and answering incoming customer questions. It will be important to be aligned in our communications towards customers, therefore you will be working closely together with both the product development and commercial teams. You will also have the opportunity to step into the customer’s shoes through testing out new features before anyone else, and have a direct impact on product development based on your feedback.

What you bring to the table
We are looking for a team player who is customer-service and detail oriented, a great problem solver, and has an aptitude for learning new tech solutions. A self-starter with a high level of energy, confidence, and excellent communications skills in native Dutch (required) and English, who can think creatively and come up with out of the box solutions to provide the best experience for our customers.
