Your role in a nutshell 

Our new Customer Success Manager will be in charge of onboarding new customers, driving retention and growth (e.g. cross/upsell and expansion) among our existing customers, and making the customer thrive with our SaaS solution. You will enable a successful roll-out of our privacy solution, proactively develop and share best practices and provide support to our key and enterprise customer accounts. As CSM, you will maintain a consistent schedule of proactive communication with our Enterprise customers about product adoption, customer health and satisfaction, and opportunities for deeper engagement. You will also proactively seek out opportunities for cross/upsell and expansion, based on predefined targets and KPIs. It will be important to be aligned in our communications towards customers, therefore you will be collaborate closely product development and commercial teams. You will also have the opportunity to test new features before anyone else, and have a direct impact on product development based on your feedback and knowledge of our customers. Together with the customer success specialist you will be in charge of both customer support and customer success.

Requirements for this position

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
  • Strong IT knowledge, with broad experience in being the key connection between the internal departments when solving customer questions
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, customer engagements
  • Experience with onboarding, and with the implementation of medium sized and enterprise level accounts
  • Knowledge and experience in identifying cross and up-selling opportunities 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, additional languages are a plus
  • Able to identify customer trends and initiate meaningful conversation accordingly
  • Proactivity in seeking out opportunities to contribute to achieving the company’s business objectives
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of perseverance

A self-starter with a high level of energy, confidence, and excellent communications skills in native Dutch (required) and English, who can think creatively and come up with out of the box solutions to provide the best experience for our customers.
