Your role in a nutshell 

Our new Customer Success Specialist is someone who enjoys being in contact with our customers and likes to go the extra mile when solving customer support issues. On top of providing customer support, you will maintain a consistent schedule of communicating with our existing customers, assist in the onboarding of new customers and ensuring a successful roll-out of our SaaS solution in the customer’s organization. After onboarding you will be the main point of contact for these customers. You will also have the opportunity to test new features before anyone else, and have a direct impact on product development based on your feedback and knowledge of our customers. As CSS you will collect feedback from the existing customer about product improvements and feature requests, and will proactively share these with the Product team.

Requirements for this position

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer support and/or customer service, previous customer success experience is a plus. 
  • Strong IT knowledge, experience in being the ‘linking pin’ between various internal departments and our existing customers.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Servicedesk (Jira) and CRM (HubSpot) is a plus 
  • Experience with customer onboarding and/or training is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in identifying cross and up-selling opportunities 
  • Great communications skills, native Dutch and excellent in talking to clients in English and more languages are a plus

A self-starter with a high level of energy, confidence, and excellent communications skills in native Dutch (required) and English, who can think creatively and come up with out of the box solutions to provide the best experience for our customers.
