Customer Success & Support Manager

We're on the lookout for a dedicated professional to empower our clients as they maximise the potential of our state-of-the-art PrivacyPerfect SaaS solution. 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating a seamless onboarding process for customers, paving the way for their success with our product. Your expertise in providing top-notch technical support will enable you to promptly address and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns.

You will play a crucial role in fostering a strong working relationship between our technical product development and commercial teams, ensuring that we continuously provide the best possible experience for our customers. By going the extra mile and putting yourself in our customers' shoes, you will collaborate with the product development team to test new modules and features, enhancing the effectiveness of our offerings.

Experience and competences

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager who is eager to make a genuine impact on our customers and our company. If you possess the following qualifications, we'd be thrilled to have you join our team.

You have at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, showcasing your ability to deliver unparalleled results.

You have strong IT knowledge and proven experience acting as the bridge between commercial and product development teams, effectively addressing customer queries.

You are adept at onboarding and implementation of pro and enterprise accounts, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

You have the know-how to identify opportunities for both land and expand or cross-selling ventures.

You are capable to successfully manage multiple opportunities, ranging from small to large-sized deals.

You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to confidently engage with clients across the Benelux region.

You have keen observation and analytical abilities to identify customer trends and initiate meaningful conversations accordingly.

You have a proactive mindset, actively seeking out ways to contribute to the company's overarching goals and objectives.
